These terms cover your use of Readezvous, a reading tracker made by JRen Digital. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.

Your license

Readezvous is a one-time purchase. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own reading. Please don't resell it, copy it, or use it to run a service for other people.

Your data is yours

Everything you add, your books, notes, quotes and photos, belongs to you. We only store it so the app can show it back to you. You can export it at any time from More, and delete your account and all of it whenever you like.

The service

We work hard to keep Readezvous running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Book details and covers come from outside sources and may sometimes be wrong or missing. The app is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the policy of the store you bought the app from, such as the App Store or Google Play.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we'll let you know in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
